FileGrep and regular expressions in InstallShield

Hello

Is it possible to use regular expressions with the FileGrep function in InstallShield?

If not is there some other solution to get data from web.config? I want to retrieve some information from the AppConfig, ApplicationConfig and ConnectionString sections.
