dotCMS 1.9 exception when running the buildSearch and ContentIndexation in dotScheduledJobs

When I go to the /dotScheduledJobs url and run the buildSearch job I get the following exception: exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.dotmarketing.quartz.job.BuildSearchThread

I am only having this problem in dotCMS 1.9, in the instnce of 1.7 I have setup this job runs fine. Any solutions oh help would be great. Thanks in advance.
