when "sslpassphrasedialog built",I can't use the keystore of myself...

first,i have import the root cert to my keystore. then,in apache,when the configuration is "sslpassphrasedialog built",i request the server,browser shows me "PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target". but when the configuration is "sslpassphrasedialog exec:/usr/ali/apache2ssl/ssl/gateway/key.sh" ,it works. i don't understand....pls help me... And sorry for my poor English...
