I've set up a Request for Callback form that pops-up when a use clicks a button link, using Fancy Box. However, when the form is filled out and 'Submit' is clicked nothing happens.
The contact form is linked with a form action to /success.php. This page has a script that should send an email notification to the site owner and this script does work, I've used it in the past, but again, when the submit button is clicked nothing happens.
