I am going to build a great application that will serve the students best for making calls. I need to use Java for mobile for that. I am wondering if all the mobile phones except few allows Java programs to run in background? If they do, is it without any restriction or with?
I am asking this question because I own a cellphone that blocks everything if you start any Java application in it.
