google maps api (multi adresses)

Hello. I have problem. How to get multi markers, with adress information, not lat, long

For example:

markers: [{ adress: 'UK, London' },{ adress: 'City, street, adress' },{ adress: 'Germany, Frankfurt' }]

All markers are show to map.
