Hi,

Jboss takes hell lot of time for startup. Same Jboss settings and app takes no time to start in my collegaue system.

It simply stops on "Configuring from URL: resource:jboss-log4j.xml" and get started in 10-15 minutes.

When you see the log hitting the line

Configuring from URL: resource:jboss-log4j.xml

then from that point on, it's going to reconfigure its own logging. If that's the last thing you see, then that means it's been configured to log somewhere else. Look at conf/jboss-log4j.xml and see what log files have been configured.

That won't fix your long startup problem, but at least you'll be able to see what's going on.
