How do you become a professional coder?
How do you get hired when no one knows you?

You start searching for companies, contact them and send out CVs. You can also attend conferences and events where you'll get a change to meet and discuss with people. Another, modern, way is to expose yourself (your work) through an open source project, social media, a blog, sites like this one.

Simple, You learn and do some research, then polish your skills, reading books and going on wikis for what ever code you wish to be excellent at.. If you want to learn php goto http://php.net/ or http://w3schools.com/ after a while you would be a really good coder, but this does take time..

Thanks, Coding is always fun when you know what you are doing but real annoying when you come up with errors..
