I created a custom list to be used as a form on our Sharepoint 2007 Standard Server. When I click on “New Item” I can fill out the form but it goes back to the list with all the entered forms. I notice that there is NO permissions on the VIEW, but how can limit so that the user views only his created forms?

You can do this by using the "Only their own" option for item level permissions.

I have Sharepoint 2007 Standard and do not see that option.

You could something like skyflyer suggested, but I would caution that it doesn't protect the data outside of the product. That level of protection is only afforded by SharePoint permissions.

In the end, the data is the data and access protection to it is only as good as one's control of permissions. For example, the ColumnPermission tool works well as long as you're accessing the data through it. Coming at the data from native SharePoint, doesn't afford you the same level of protection. It's a filter rather than a security mechanism. In the same way, it's possible for me to write a web part that accesses data and completely ignores the SharePoint security settings such as "Only their own". When it's installed using a highly priveledged service account to run, it has access...

to everything and I can expose whatever I wish to. That's why it's so important to fully vet any and all tools you install in your SharePoint environment.
