I know that Oracle Designer can import Forms definitions as "modules". I don't recall whether it also has the facility to reverse engineer the modules into business functions, which can then be shown on DFDs and PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams).
Probably the main benefit of reverse engineering Forms into Designer would be to document table usages for impact analysis. It would probably be overkill to import them just to show them as boxes on a DFD - you might as well just draw the DFD by hand: you are going to have to add all the arrows and function hierarchy manually anyway.
