Using BSD-licensed framework in GPL-licensed project

Can I use framework that licensed under BSD license within my project that licensed under GPL or LGPL?

Actually you can always USE any combination of open source / free components; it's (re)distribution where limitations arise.

But the answer is fortunately yes just like Paul said. :-)
