Workflow software for Workshop or Factory

Question

Can anyone suggest an open source software / web application which can handle a Workshop / Garage floor workflow, i.e. activities such as

1. record and track work assignments
2. planning and prioritizing work
3. status updates and instant feedback
4. logging, reporting etc

I'm looking for java-based app to deploy on Tomcat or other app server.
