rotating DIV tags pending on position of Video progress (HTML5 player)

Question

Hi

We produced a moodle (Virtual Learning Environment) plugin for deaf students that shows video on the right and text belonging to the video on the left. The next step is to tag the video in such a way that the text changes pending on the progress of the video. We would like to do this using an HTML5 Player such as VideoJS.

Any ideas how to approach this?
