fsockopen Php Error

Hi All, I have small problem that is took my 2 hours.

I use fsockopen to submit data to other sites.

It works all good if other server is linux server.

Now I am posting data to a windows server and website is in ASP.NET. I do not know but now it is not submitting data. In addition it is also not giving any error.

Any solution??

P.S: My own server is Linux. I can not post script here as I am just an employee :(
