Is it possible to disable the noise canceling mic in Android (specifically 1.5) via code?
I want to create a dumb microphone app that records all background noise, but I believe the noise cancellation mic is getting in the way. I know you can do it if you root your phone and edit some settings (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=6787214), but I want to do it without rooting.
