Draw image over an image in asp.net at specific location

I need to draw an image over another image at specific location to block the image postion to be used by other users, please help me provide some guidlines, urgent.

I would try to use CssClass attribute for asp:Image and build styles for CSS position.

Do you mean watermark, overlay, or redaction?

You should probably clarify your question, and provide or describe an example of what you are looking for.
