The weirdest thing is happening. I opened a new empty console project in visual C++ express 2008. Without even opening a new C file or anything - the first thing I did after opening the project was "Build" and the following error appeared:
Error 1 general error c1010070: Failed to load and parse the manifest. The system cannot find the file specified. .\Debug\Project1.exe.intermediate.manifest
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
Further more, when I tried running the console application, a virus announcement popped up from my AVG and said that the program I'm trying to run is a risk.
