Android GPS not giving any values of Latitude and longitude.

hi, guys,

i need to get the latitude and longitude from the GPS and i got a tutorial regarding this but it is not showing me any results and its onLocationChanged method not working.i have also given the permission in menifest file. but its still not working. here is the link kindly tell me if anybody can have any idea about.
