I am trying to open a corrupt .docx file. I am attempting to use Recovery Toolbox for Word. I purchased the full version, but the download for the full version was the same as the demo. Therefore, I cannot use the program the way it is advertised. The error Microsoft Word 2010 gives is this:
"The file "filename.docx" cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents."
"Details Illegal qualified name character.
Location: Part: /word/document.xml, Line:2, Column: 281076"
