A: 

You can't because application is compiled, you can reverse engineering this, to do this you can get binary DLL from .xap (http://www.cynergysystems.com/blogs/blogs/jose.fajardo/ChromazoneInSilverlight/ClientBin/Chromazone.xap) file (this is a normal .zip) open it in winrar or winzip after you change extension.
