What happened to Eclipse Web Services Explorer on Mac?

I've got Eclipse 3.4.1 running on Leopard 10.5.6 and I'm used to using the Web Services Explorer to open up a WSDL in Windows from Eclipse's run menu. I do not see it on my Mac (this is the first time I try it here). Am I missing something? I checked under plugin details and it shows that it is installed.

Edit: Stupid question, sorry, just realized you had to be in the JEE perspective to see that option in the Run menu. Should I delete this question?
