Team Foundation Server - Cannot add new project

Question

I am logged in as administrator I click on add new project on my TFS Server. I give a name to the project than select a process template for the new Team Project ( the process template is MSF for Agile Software Developement - v4.2 and it is just downloaded for the microsoft website it is not modified . I uploaded it to the TFS Server Team Foundation Server Settings - Process Template Manager - the process template is validated and uploaded).

When I click the Finish button I get the following error at the Queries uploaded step :

My assumption is that either the StoredQueryTask.AddQuery doesnt work , either the StoredQueryTask.GetQuery. But I dont know why. Can anyone help me?

I couldn't possibly read through your whole error but, from my experience, the inability to create a project often results from insufficient updates for things like SPS on the server. In my case, it was due to having SPS installed previously (before installing TFS) - something that required another lengthy reinstall.

Dmitri I don`t think this is the problem. We were able to add projects to the team system two weeks ago. Something happened i don't know what but since than we receive the error i presented above when we try to add a new team project.

Any other suggestions?
