OSS implementation for SMB - What are the best products to use?

I am implementing Open Source based solutions for a publishing company in SMB sector. Currently Iam implementing these solutions -

  • Office Productivity Suite-Open Office

  • Human Resource Management-Orange HRM

  • Messaging / Email systems-Zimbra

  • Database Management-MySQL, PostgreSQL

  • ERP And CRM-SugarCRM

  • Document Management,colloboration with PortalCreation-Alfresco Corporate

  • Blogging-LifeType

  • Corporate Wiki-Media Wiki

I am sure that proprietary alternatives to these products would have cost my client around $100k.

I want to know what other good OSS products that are commonly used but somehow might have been missed by me.
