What is the most active public forum/message board for discussion of Rails implementation issues

I found quite an active discussion on WorkingWithRails but can't tell if this is the most active of the Rails discussion forums? Where do most people go to ask questions?

http://groups.google.com/group/rubyonrails-talk is pretty active. There's also http://railsforum.com.

http://www.ruby-forum.com/ is very active. All things ruby, including of course, lots of Rails.

The ruby-forum rails posts end up going to the rubyonrails-talk mailing list anyway.

Yeah but I personally can't stand the google groups interface, much prefer the ruby-forum UI.
