My laptop comes with Vista Home Premium installed. Now, I need to install SQL Server 2008 Developer on it. It won't install because it requires Vista Ultimate.

I tried Windows Anytime upgrade. It does not, however, show the link that takes you to upgrade dialog. Also tried System property. It actually says "Upgrade Windows Vista". It takes me to the Windows Anytime. It seems that I've reached the dead end.

I have VS.NET 2008 installed, I could install SQL Server 2008 Express, but I need to work with the SSIS, which requires Vista Ultimate.

I do have MSDN license. So I could get Vista Ultimate key from MSDN. By the changing the Vista product key doesn't seem to have any affect. And I do not want to reinstall everything from scratch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
