This one's pretty handy and, as a bonus, is online. You don't have to do anything except cut and paste.

YUI is the best one around, and its offline, and quick to use in the command line. You could automate if need be.

JSMin is not technically an obfuscator. Says Crockford himself: "JSMin does not obfuscate, but it does uglify." (http://www.crockford.com/javascript/jsmin.html)
