None that I know of... but you can always start by referring to the WordPress Codex. The information is scattered around quite a bit - but that's how I learnt writing themes and plugins myself. Top it up by studying the code for existing themes and plugins and you'll be set in no time.
BTW, can you be more specific as to which aspect of WP programming are you interested in?

Themeforest normally has great tutorials. I'm not sure if this qualifies for "advanced", but check out this series: WordPress for Designers (Days 1-14) by Drew Douglass (I could not find the tutorial pages indexed at the Themeforest site, so I'm referencing Simon Baier's compilation):
