I always find it easier to search the web with the programming language/technology for which you need the reference card.

Using keywords such as "C++ cheat sheet" or "emacs reference card" you usually find more (useful) stuff than relying on one single site.

Web tools specific, but Visibone has awesome reference cards for HTML, JavaScript, DOM, MySQL, CSS, etc.
