Where to find a reference to nice web UI stuff?

Could anybody give me a url to where I can find some nice web UI stuff like the ones this website has? Ajax, dhtml, web 2.0 etc...

A good resource for many web-related things is the W3Schools site.

It appears that the majority of the UI here is pretty simple and hand coded, with the fancier UI stuff done with jQuery. Your question is, however, incredibly broad, and asked about a wide range of technologies. Google is always a good place to start, as are the jQuery docs, if you're looking for some specifics.
