Covert a A-Law mono .vox file to .wav file in c# .net

Can anyone please help me out... I need to convert a vox file to wav... I have tried the google, codeguru, codeproject etc... vox file encoding is: A-Law mono at 8000 HZ.... any reference, any clue, almost anything goes.
