I want to identify if a PHP script is being called inside an iframe of a different host.
I could resort to using Javascript for that, but I'd like to find a JS-free solution first.
Right now I'm using this logic:
If $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] is not equal to the host name of $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER']
And $_SERVER['REDIRECT_STATUS'] is de...

I have a particular php class that I want to be able to upload identical copies to two different servers. Depending on the server though, the requires will be located in different places. (the constants and globals are slightly different as well) Can I conditionally set require_once, Globals, or constants at the beginning of the file?

Any recommendations welcome :)

Bit of an abstract problem here. I'm experimenting with the Domain Model pattern, and barring my other tussles with dependencies - I need some advice on generating Identity for use in an Identity Map.
In most examples for the Data Mapper pattern I've seen (including the one outlined in this book: http://apress.com/book/view/97815905990...

I have an <fb:requestform> in an iFrame Facebook app. I have set target="_parent", so that the callback will target the parent iFrame and not itself, which seems to work as expected. For now, I would be happy just to do that. However, during other parts of the year (when Daylight Savings time is...

Hi all, I am curious about the security of PHP on an HTML webpage where PHP code is embedded (a webpage that would exist on the server as "webpage.php") or on a PHP script that may be referenced by an HTML page (that is, a PHP script that is not actually part of a webpage that exists on the server as "something.php" and is referenced by ...
