building Q&A website : what CMS to use ?

hi guys , i want to design a small website like stackoverflow (but in deferent language) and i want to use an opensource secure scalable cms to do that , so what cms to use ? ( i prefer using java )

That's a bit like asking how to knit a hat but demanding on using a pair of hammers instead of knitting needles. There is practically zero functionality-crossover between Wordpress and StackOverflow - you want to use the right tool.

Why use wordpress? It is a blogging engine, nothing like stack overflow.
