A computer, which the hard drive is configured as raid(not sure about the raid number or master or slave), has a corrupt file called stpd.sys which doesn't let me start up windows in normal mode or safe mode.

I googled for solutions and the only thing I could do is to rename stpd.sys and see if the windows boot up that way.

How do I access the two hard drives from boot disk? Is there any other way I could access the files in my hard drive?

You can try with a Live CD (GNU/Linux) I recommend you Ubuntu or Knoppix. You can mount any drive in any format and rename, edit, delete, etc. the files that you want.

You don't say which version of Windows, but I believe since XP there is a repair option from the Windows CD.

Boot the computer from the Windows CD, and select the repair or correct option.

Otherwise, you should be able to boot from the CD in safe mode, and rename the stpd.sys file to see if that helps.

I have Windows Professional Service Pack 2 which the company gave with the computer. I didn't know I could boot from CD in safe mode. How do I do that? What do I do after inserting the CD?

After inserting the CD, reboot the computer. Hopefully, the computer will boot from the CD and not the hard drive. Follow the prompts, looking for a repair option. If there's no repair option, reboot the computer again, holding down the F8 key. When the advanced options menu comes up, pick "safe mode".
