How to install and setup PgQ?

I wanna try to use PgQ, but can't find any documentaion how to install it on my database. Do I need to install some stored procedures or something like that?

Have a look at the PGQ tutorial over at the PostgreSQL wiki.

It lack information about database related things. This tutorial only mention, that i need to configure ticker and run it :(
