PDE file is a PowerDesk Encrypted File. VCOM PowerDesk is a file manager that has all the features of Windows Explorer. When you encrypt a file or folder with, PowerDesk creates a new file with a PDE extension.

Janie
wtf, this is a powerdesk encrypted file extension!
Janie
It's quite obvious from the fact that the file contains plaintext source code that it is NOT a PowerDesk Encrypted File. Don't copy-paste answers that clearly don't apply to the question at hand.

@Nick: No need to be a dick, I attempted to answer the question; a lot more than you're doing with your snarky little comments, kid.

This code is from Processing.org an open source Java based IDE. You can find it Processing.org. The Arduino IDE also uses this extension, although they run on a hardware board.

EDIT - And yes it is C based, used mostly for art or live media presentations.

kersny
Well, it's C syntax, not based.

My bad, thanks!

It isn't C code, it's an example of "Processing" - an open source language aimed at generating images. Take a look here

Bad news I'm afraid (or maybe great news?) : it isn't C code, it's an example of "Processing" - an open source language aimed at programming images. Take a look here

Looks very cool.
