Does anyone know of a good terminal template? I prefere the black one but when I connect to a computer over SSH I get ugly bold fonts with strange collors :).

I think if you go into Terminal > Preferences, Settings > Advanced and change the setting of 'Declare terminal as' to xterm-color, the appearance should improve.
