Sharepoint classroom training

I am USA based sharepoint developer. I have 2 years of sharepoint development experiance. I am looking for Intermediate level training. My topics of interest are BDC, workflow etc. Anyone has suggestion for Sharepoint training?

For formal training you could try Mixon Consulting. You get the video files to watch if you want to go back and review as well as the handouts. The classes a good too.

Our company uses MindSharp for all our SharePoint training. Their docs are decent, training is good and I believe they have some solid relationships with Microsoft.
