Amit's Game programming page.
A very comprehensive list of articles dealing mostly with 2d game algorithms and AI.
www.ogre3d.org - its an open source 3d rendering engine, but the community there is amazing.
Gamasutra (http://www.gamasutra.com) is pretty great, it's run by the guys behind Game Developer magazine.
Also, a few I read that are updated relatively often:
- Molly Rocket: http://mollyrocket.com (lurk in the forums for a bit, some excellent content)
- Wolfgang Engel's blog: http://diaryofagraphicsprogrammer.blogspot.com/
- Gaffer on Games: http://gafferongames.com/ (has a great networking book in progress online)
- AI Game Dev: http://aigamedev.com/ (plenty of great AI content, some behind a paid wall)
- Humus: http://www.humus.name (graphics oriented)
- Realtime Rendering blog: http://www.realtimerendering.com/blog/
- Christer Ericson's blog: http://realtimecollisiondetection.net/
Check the blogrolls for blogs these authors read too.
I know you said you're familiar with www.gamedev.net but you may have missed that several community members keep blogs at http://www.gamedev.net/community/journals/. Some are better than others so be prepared to have a dig through.
There are lots of good game design blogs on the web but not so many good programming ones, perhaps because most of the professionals aren't allowed to post their code. Or maybe they're working too long hours to find time to write blog entries! ;)
While not specifically programming oriented, The Independent Gaming Source (tigsource.com) is all about indie games. Because of their focus on indie games, there are also many programmers hanging around sharing information you may be interested in.
Though I'm not sure if it's used much these days, this newsgroup used to be awesome: rec.games.programmer
