Is it possible to have a CMYK colour picker?

I'd like to have a jQuery colour picker for CMYK colours rather than RGB which is the norm. Is this even possible to do?

I can't find much around anywhere other than RGB's

This colorpicker has HSB. From what I know the conversion is not exact. That is why when preparing for print apart from working in CMYK you have do do test prints. In DTP agencies they even calibrate the monitors with special tools to be more close to the CMYK final colours.

Found this on Codes-sources.com . It's not a colorpicker but a converter.. It's delphi but you can adapt, right ? :)
