When submitting an app, there is one option for the name appears under the app. Can I put something else instead of my real name. Say if my license is for individual, not under a company.

When you go to upload your first application through itunes connect you are given the option to set a company or developer name. It is important to know that you cannot change this once it is set (Apple gives you a clear warning of this on the form). This is the name that will show up in the iTunes store in most places such as the search results page.
Your account name will still show up as the "Seller" on the application page, which is a less prominent place.
