We have been using an old version of VISE to make our windows installer bundles but we have been having problems with it recently. Can anyone recommend a good replacement?

Instalshield! It is very nice and well supported. I used it a long time ago and it was horrible. Recently I used 2009 for a product, and it was fantastic and easy to use if a bit pricey.

The NSIS software is quite easy to use. It's also the installer for WinAmp (I think...).
