I need to get certified. So i searched for free online certification in online. But all are asking some amount. If u got any reference then give me plz. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I doubt you will find official certifications that don't cost anything....
And you definitely won't find any online certification programs since any certification exam taken online can never ensure that you are actually the one taking the exam, rendering the certificate useless anyway...
If you want an official certificate there are always going to be some costs for taking an exam.

The Zend PHP Certification is the closest thing to an official PHP certification and it's not free. Although it is significantly cheaper than other programming language certifications.
The MCSD is what you want for asp.net certification. Unfortunately, it's also not free.
As for javascript, jquery and CSS, there is no widely recognized certification worth attaining, free or otherwise.
Perhaps you can get your employer to sponsor you for a certification. It's not uncommon.

Brainbench has certification tests that you can take online and some of them are free; however, they tend to be of limited use as there really isn't much stopping people from looking up the answers while they are working on them.

Brainbench allows you to look up the answers, or at least they did when I took some of their tests a while back to meet an employer's requirements. The only thing they asked you to not do was to get the answers from another person.
