Is there a community blog site for programmers like LiveJournal does for general users? I can think of Artima. Are there anything else?

"What are your pet peeves with <language X>". "WHat is your favorite programming music". "What is your favorite programming cartoon". If these aren't more blogs than SO's proper content, I'm Jon Skeet. So what's up with downvotes?
