I know that there is MCSF but it seems a bit heavy ......

I suggest taking a look at the Resco MobileForms Toolkit. So far, it is one of the most complete set of components for WM development.

I suggest you to take a look at Bee Mobile iPack - it contains about 20 .NET CF components with appealing look. Their support is also good.
