Is there any website that I can use a demo version to draw an entity relationship diagram and share it with my colleagues?

http://yuml.me/ is very impressive, if a little inconvenient. It's a URL-based API to an online drawing engine.

thank Ned, but in this case, I have to learn a syntax to draw a diagram. Is there any visual program that allow drawing the diagram online?

even though the syntax is not very complex but it does not generate the diagram to what I want, that is the case, and I can not modify the generated image.
