Strange problem with App Id on developer account

Hi,

I have very strange problem with App Id on developer account.

We have uploaded one project with App Id(com.yourcompany.app) and its ready for sale now. Now we have to release update for this application but we could not find that App Id(com.yourcompany.app) on developer account. But strange is that i could not see delete option for App Id.

If i try to create new App Id with com.yourcompany.app name then it shows that it is already being used please select any other name.

Does anyone has faced this type of problem.

Updates are done through itunes connect, not the developer portal. Log onto itunes connect, and under manage applications you will see a place to update the app.

Yes you are rught. I have done all procedure already and now i want to create provision profile and for that i need app id which have benn used for previous version and that app id i could not find on developer account.

You should be able to redownload and reuse the same provisioning file you used for version 1.0 from the program portal.
