I'm writing a PDF viewer/annotator for Windows and require a PDF virtual printer driver. Can anyone recommend one?

It needs to be brandable, so it doesn't mention the 3rd party vendor's name on it, just our name. In fact it could ideally be so simple it featured no branding.

NovaPDF looked promising, but they expressly forbid anyone creating a virtual printer driver with their....virtual printer driver :/ At least they don't like end users seeing the PDFs, they're aimed more at document archival functions.

We just need to be able to call the printer "My Foo Printer" when it's installed, it doesn't need any other functionality really, just needs to be able to create a PDF from arbitrary files.

This one is free for personal and commercial use up to 10 users, for more users there is a commercial version; I don't know about branding issues anyway: http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php

PDFCreator is an excellent print-to-PDF driver for Windows. It is quite stable and produces high-quality PDFs (much better than some other ones I've tried). It is Open Source, licensed under the GPL, so you are able to redistribute and modify it in accordance with the license terms.
