Are there any good tools for testing websites developed for mobile phones?

I am developing a few webpages designed to be accessed by mobile phone (WAP, 3G) and came accross an emulator at dotMobi. What other tools are there for mobile development? Is there such as thing as ySlow for mobile? I need to use cookies so want a tool that can help debug cookies and check that they work for different phones and mobile browsers.
