Where do I look to learn OpenGL ES for iPhone

I want to learn OpenGL ES but don't know where the best place is to look and learn the fastest and most in-depth

I've been pursuing the same knowledge. I happened across an online, free tutorial at

http://iphonedevelopment.blogspot.com/2009/05/opengl-es-from-ground-up-table-of.html

which is unusually well written. It is probably not thorough, but gets you through a lot of the concepts quickly.
