Hi!

I already know some Objective-C and Cocoa and I like to develop apps for the iPhone since I'm a massive iPhone user :)

What's the best guide you have find yet? Or book..

Thanks a lot!

Beginning iPhone 3 Development by Dave Mark and Jeff LaMarche is an excellent book!

The authors' blog is also excellent, and covers many subjects that are not in the book.

I actually didn't like the book - and at this point, it's pretty outdated.

Looks like they have an updated version coming out: http://www.amazon.com/Beginning-iPhone-Development-Exploring-SDK/dp/1430224592/ref=dp_ob_title_bk

Follow CS193P on iTunes. It's free, podcasts several times a week, and it's just starting up so your timing is perfect.

Very interesting! Even if it's about 2.0 SDK.. Thanks!
Tom
This semester will cover 3.0

Beginning iPhone 3 Development which is not out of date. It addresses the 3.x SDK.

Amazon just shipped my copy of More iPhone 3 Development: Tackling iPhone SDK 3 but I haven't received it yet.

Yes, the post was updated after I commented - originally it pointed to the older book

I would strongly recommend iPhone SDK Development by Bill Dudney and Chris Adamson.
